When did you start seeing results?
I am 9 weeks postpartum and have been regularly working out for the past 2.5 weeks. It's been mostly cardio (I love zumba) with added arm and leg workouts. I've also been trying my best to stick to a diet of around 1500 calories a day with tracking sugar and carbs. Now I always end up quitting because I never feel like it's working. This time I'm determined to stick with it and see results. Plus it's been boosting my mood so that's an added bonus.
When did you start seeing results with your lifestyle change? I definitely don't see a change in the scale unfortunately but that's ok. I know it'll take some time.
