When can I hear my baby heartbeat with stethoscope?

I’m 17 weeks and 4 days I have been trying to find his heartbeat for a few days and I can’t find it and I’m getting upset. Also starting to get ready worried.

I was 15.5 weeks and could hear him with a stethoscope. Didn’t hear the heart beat but I heard him moving around

I got a Doppler off Amazon! And I’m 16+4, heartbeat was a lot lower than I expected it to be! Wasn’t even on my stomach was literally very low! So maybe try to go lower? I’m not sure about a stethoscope
