Miscarriage
Not sure which category to post in but I need help I recently had a miscarriage on the 28th of September on the day i turned 7 weeks.. I won’t lie I’ve been trying my hardest not to stay broken because I feel like I’ll lose it.. I have to keep my mind busy even though I want to grieve and break down all the time.. and I try to keep myself together because of work.. do you guys think grieving and support groups would help? My doctor recommended it but idk this is the first time it’s happened to me and it’s my first pregnancy btw..
