Do you think you would be able to forgive your spouse for an affair?

I’m watching a new show on Netflix where the prime minister has an affair with his aid. They do a very good job portraying the pain the wife is feeling … so much so that I don’t think I’d be able to live with that and trust again. Would you be able to forgive ?
