Faint line, day 3 no flow, cramping with spotting

Hi all. I took this test Wednesday at 5 am and now I’m spotting with brown discharge with mild/moderate cramps. I had a chemical last year abd I’m worried that this will end up the same way. Has anyone experienced this and wound up carrying full term? Please let me know! Thank you.
