First cycle trying after ectopic and tube removal Aug 2nd. Also failed methotrexate.

Pre ectopic (& 2 cycles post surgery) I have always ovulated around CD23. This month I ran out of OPKs so only tested once a day. I‘ve had nothing close to a positive OPK but ff has confirmed a temp shift and ovulation on CD18. CD18 I had my darkest OPK but it was classed as negative. We BD’d that night, the day after and two days later.

Not sure if I should have kept testing OPKs? Or accept I O’d earlier than usual and possibly missed my peak?? This has never happened before 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m currently CD26.
