Still very new to the fertility awareness method! My cycle isn’t super regulated still even 15 months after having my daughter. My cycle was very early and short this month and I’m on cycle day 14 and on my peak ovulation day according to my digital test and bbt.

Last month on my peak day I tested a solid smiley for peak in the morning and was empty circle by night time testing.

My question is how long should I avoid sex after ovulation when my cycle is a little off?
