I’m curious if any postpartum mamas are taking a progesterone cream and nursing. Wanting to know if it affected your supply at all?

Answer

OTC progesterone creams, if that's what you mean, aren't effective. Progesterone doesn't absorb well through the skin so it's highly unlikely to impact anything.
