Irregular cycle after the pill?

Did anyone else have irregular cycles after stopping the pill? And at what point did you begin ovulating? I stopped taking the pill in late September and am currently on CD38 with no period in sight. (I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests and they’re all negative). I’m eager to get on a regular schedule so we can start tracking ovulation and ttc!

I stopped in Aug. The first month, my cycle was ~4 days longer than my pre-pill cycles, and I think I did ovulate. The second month my cycle was 20 days longer than normal

Yup, it take some time to regulate again as your body is adjusting to its OWN hormones. It took me 4-6 months each time regardless of birth control type. Docs have always said upwards of 6 months. But some people regulate within a month or two.

Yes, I did. Took 8 months to ovulate and another year to be regular.
