How do you get your OB to take you seriously

I got progesterone checked it was around a 9. To my understanding it should be a 10 and up. My doctor said I ovulated. Research says over 10. Idk if I should start progesterone pill or test next month to see how it’s going? I feel like if I ask my ob she’ll brush it off and say it’s fine she said they don’t normally take do these test every month
