I have been on birth control (the combined pill) for about 4 years. Up until now, I have had normal “periods” every month with all the accompanying symptoms (cramps, sore breasts, fatigue).

Last month, I barely had any bleeding during my “period” but still had all of the symptoms. My paranoia got the best of me and I went and bought a few pregnancy tests, all of which have been negative leading up to my next period. About 5 days ago, I started with my normal symptoms again (cramps, back pain, sore breasts, emotional), but in addition I have been having night sweats (not uncommon for me as I have had them before after starting to take anxiety meds). Today, I started bleeding but just barely. Not even enough to show up on a pad, only when I wipe and it is light brown/pink (also normal during the first day of my normal cycle).

Has anyone had any experiences like this? I’m worried as it is not my norm.
