Hello, I have had extreme period cramps ever since I started my period at 13, I am now 18 and for the first two days or so if every period I get extreme cramps to the point where I can’t go to work. I do not have extremely long periods or extremely heavy flow. I will often take Advil but even extra strength doesn’t do much. Can anyone relate and/or have any recommendations.
