This is my forth pregnancy. Currently 31+ weeks

I had been having excessive Braxton Hicks contractions for more than 3 weeks now. It started painless and everyday It becomes more painful, now I reached to the degree that I will stop talking during it to cope with the pain.

No change in my cervix just pices of the plug here and there.

I had two vaginal birth it would start with painless contractions and become painful like what I have now toward the last 2 or 3 hours until my water broke and the unbearable pain start.

Now I am worried having these degree of pain now does it have to mean my labor will be exra or there is no relation??
