Would you leave your baby napping in the crib to take your dog outside to the bathroom?
I have a now three month old and a 1 year old husky. Since having the baby my poor puppy has not been able to be taken out as many times as she used to before the baby was born. I live in an apartment on the third floor. My puppy has had so many accidents in my house and I can’t get mad because I can’t take her out when I’m home alone with the baby which is M-F 7am-6pm until my husband gets home from work.
I’ve thought about taking the puppy outside when baby is sleeping in her crib and locking my front door and getting a Bluetooth baby monitor to watch from my phone. I need to do something to be able to take my dog outside and stop all the accidents in my house and not neglect my pet. Getting rid of her is not an option. We got her before I was even pregnant so it wasn’t something I ever thought I would have to figure out.
Would you do this? Because I have to do something. Or do you have any other advice?
