Food and pregnancy
Last night I had two slices of pepperoni pizza and tonight my husband brought me home a hotdog with fries, I added brocoli tonight to have on the side to be healthy but I feel like I’ve been doing bad lately with eating.
I know people say eat whatever you want but for me, I get worried it will hurt my baby or I will gain sooo much unnecessary weight. I do eat fruit everyday and snack on nuts and yougurt for protein but I just have a lot of anxiety about what I eat
