My bf and I been having some relationship problems, we were together for a year and we broke up over summer but have been back together for 3 months ish, but I don’t think he’s told his friends yet. He was rlly sick with a fever so I ubered an hr to take care of him, and his girl bestie calls and starts babying talking him to ask if he’s okay in this high pitched voice . He just said he was feeling sick and that he’d talk to her later, all the while she’s going “you poor thingggg” babying him. I do that too but I’m an sO so I feel like it’s warranted. She ends the call with a get better and i love you, but I’m kinda confused why he’s acting all weak and un taken care for when I’m right there caring for him and feeding him. It makes me uncomfortable that she uses that tone with him, it’s a little intimate to me~ is it normal for girl besties to do that?
