Standing mirrors and toddlers?

I really want to purchase a standing full length mirror like so:

But I am literally so scared my toddler will run into it and hurt himself and shatter the glass. I rent so i cant nail one onto the wall either…
Those who have one + a toddler- how do you make it more safe?

Yes hook it onto something because I have my stand up mirror in our master and my little guy almost dropped it on him luckily I got it, he got scared and my heart dropped if I wasn’t there witch I always am but he is 15 months old and boy let me tell you they are strong and move quick!

I have a full length mirror but mine has a wooden frame around it. My husband screwed it to the back of our bedroom door. That way I don't have to worry about my toddler knocking it over.

Can you hang one on the back of a door with command strips?

I have a standing mirror wedged up against the corner wall in my bedroom. It’s super heavy so it would take some serious work for my toddler to move it. It took 2 adults to move it into the spot. We also put it in a location she doesn’t usually go near. When she does go near it she usually just looks at herself. She’s almost 3. 
The mirror you posted looks much flimsier so I would also be concerned the child could move it or knock it over. For that style of mirror I’d probably use command strips like the other comments said.
