Second baby- third pregnancy

Just found out I’m possibly pregnant with an at home test. This would be my second baby but third pregnancy, lost my first child a few weeks into pregnancy. I had my other child 10 months ago via c section, what are the complications I have put on myself by not waiting the 18 mo the between the two?
