Advice.

I wasn’t sure where to post this at, but I’m looking for opinions for a very tough situation. My husband and I have 2 dogs, both of which we got before we even thought of having kids. Now, we have a 2 month old baby at home and 1 of the dogs has become very, very attitudinal and is acting out. This dog is literally getting our babies clothes out of her hamper and tearing them up, waking us and the baby up at 4:30 every morning by scratching at and whining at the door, and he keeps peeing in the house and on things. He’s also barking nonstop any time we let him outside. Our other dog is perfectly fine, so I just don’t get it. We have already tried in-home dog training and that helped for a little while, but then he regressed. It is getting to the point where I am honestly starting to resent him and am considering rehoming him. There’s a community Facebook group I found that I could likely easily find him a new home through (he is a cute and friendly dog), but I also am feeling so guilty about the thought of doing so. I know he’s likely acting out because of lack of attention, but there’s only so much I can do since I’m home alone all day by myself with the baby. I feel like I just don’t have enough time for him. If you were in my situation, would you rehome your dog, or keep trying in hope that he will get better at some point?
