Hello all! I have tried 4 separate times now to put in a period cup. I have tried several different methods of folding. But once inserted, I can barely reach it so I'm unable to spin it around to make sure that I have a good seal. Then I start being paranoid that I won't be able to get it out as I can barely ring the long end to pull it out. Maybe I just have a really high cervix??? I don't know how to fix it when my fingers are not long enough to reach it once inserted. Lol any tips welcome.
