I'm having a baby girl after having 3 boys. I wasn't sure about mentioning naming the baby's middle name after me bc i didnt want to seem self centered. I was quite shy/embarrassed to say anything, but I knew I would regret it if I never mentioned it as a possibility. One of my boys were named after their fathers middle name, one boy was named after my fathers middle name, and all 3 carry his last name...my fiance now has a son with a middle name named after him plus all of the children including the one im having will ccarry his last name. I guess being that this is probably my last baby I thought it would be cool to have one named after me. We like the name Faith and he has told me 2 other names he likes for a middle name. When I brought up using mine I could tell from his reaction he wasn't sure about it. He said that he didnt like it as much as a middle name (he didnt think it flowed) as much as using mine as a first name, having her middle name be Faith, and her go by her middle name. So what do you guys think sounds best? I dont want to sway anyones opinion by telling which name is mine until after the pool is over....
