16 weeks 2 days and cramping

Hello, I am just getting through Covid however all day I have been experiencing cramping ( not like period cramps) and weird sharp pains (not all the time) I am very worried about the baby seeing as I have Covid.. has anyone experienced this at 16 weeks?

I am over my quarantine period and make an appointment at one of those ultrasound places just to make sure the baby is okay. But that’s not until Monday.
