Drink a quart of water, preferably with electrolytes added, hop in an Epsom salt bath for 20 min, then lie down on your left side. If none of that calms the contractions down then you should call your provider's on call line and see what they advise you to do

Braxton Hicks are NOT contractions why are you using a contraction timer to time them
also in my country it's not recommend you go to hospital till contractions are 1min long and 5min or less apart

I had what I thought were Braxton hicks contractions,  but on my NST doc said they were real contractions.  It wasn't painful, just the abdomen was hard they lasted about 4min. So if this goes on maybe go in to get checked out.

I had this same exact thing at 35 weeks. I went into the hospital and they gave me a shot to stop them. Same exact thing, deff Braxton hicks because they were uncomfortable but not painful and never got more painful but they were all 2-3 min apart. I was advised to drink 80-90oz of water and relax more, not doing so much walking etc.

I used this app with my two other babies ! And every time it told me to go hospital I was genuinely in labour… I’m now using it for my 3rd baby and it told me to go hospital so i did and I’m 2-3cm dilated so from what I’ve learnt is ALWAYS trust your body !! You know your body better then anyone…
