UC and pregnant

Hi! Anyone here pregnant with ulcerative colitis? I was diagnosed with UC right after giving birth to my 1st born 10 years ago in 2012. It’s been a long road but I’m currently in remission while on Humira. I had a mc in 2016.

I’m currently 8+2 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby and I was just wondering how pregnancy went for y’all. Any advice or stories I’d love to hear. Thank you!
