Husband showing signs of PPD - advice?

Our daughter is 6 weeks old and my husband has been struggling emotionally - I think he may have post partum depression. Any advice on how to talk to him about it/encourage him to seek help?

I thought that only women get that bc of our hormones after birth? Maybe he’s sleep deprived? The first year with a newborn is very hard on both parents. Maybe making it a point to do couple things not just baby stuff will help get him out of this rut.
