My only symptoms were mild nausea, some tiredness and acne

I’m 8w and all my symptoms disappeared,only now i have more wet discharge and that’s all no nausea or anything could this means it’s missed mc ? i’m afraid the internet said that MMC can be seen only on ultrasound and the disappearance of symptoms .

Anyone lost their pregnancy symptoms but still went well with pregnancy ?
