If I ended up ovulating late, could I still be pregnant after a qualitative negative blood test 8-9 days after? They didn’t tell me hcg levels, just told me it’s negative.

Basically, I’m 8-10 days late for period, i am NEVER LATE like this and never miss, but I have negative home tests with faint lines (well I’m assuming evaps), and the blood test last week was negative. I feel NAUSEOUS all the damn time with nipple pain now I’m getting moody but no period in sight.. I’m hot all the time, thirsty all the damn time, and WEIRD ass dreams😅
