4 yrs and never had a scare. He had to get checked twice cause he still had swimmers at the 12 week check up.

I plan on collecting samples and looking under a microscope periodically lmao

Hubby got one and we went 5 almost 6 years without issue. He ended up getting it reversed and I was pregnant 5 weeks later

so far no scares but the vasectomy was only a year ago.
It happens that the sperm tubes grow back together in time so I think after longer time there might be more chances.
