Would love advice on if/when I should make an appointment for a fertility evaluation. My husband and I have been TTC 9 months now. I am 29 years old. I track BBT and use OPKs and all information that can be gathered on my own seems normal (will post a couple charts for reference). I have regular, 28-30 day cycles. We have also used preseed all 9 months TTC and both take CoQ10 and him a multivitamin and me a prenatal every day.

I have never been to a gynecologist or OB. I have always just seen my primary care physician. That said, I don’t even know where to start and would be so grateful for any advice on what my next steps should be.

Do I call an OB office and request a fertility evaluation? Do I just make an appointment with my primary and express my concerns? I know they say to wait 1 year but I can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong and would hate to waste the next few months (if in fact something is wrong) just because we are supposed to…

I would be very grateful for any advice on what I can or should do next!?

(I should also note my husband has a doctors appointment in December and plans to request a semen analysis).
