finish inside

My bf and i had sex nov 4th and he was a little drunk so after we were done he said he thinks he might’ve finished inside of me a little but he wasn’t sure. I had just ended my period on the 2nd how high are my chances of getting pregnant? and is it still too late to take a plan B?
