I am soooo annoyed about how Pitbulls remain getting a bad reputation but no one takes into account why!! ITS THE OWNERS WHO SHOULD NOT BE OWNERS IN THE FIRST PLACE. Yes, Pitbulls can be strong and aggressive but so can any large breed. Especially when they are constantly in shelters or going from home to home. Have you ever tried to take a bone away from an untrained dog? Pitbulls remain easily accessible to bad owners since they’re mainly ones who are in shelters. Shelters that don’t do home visits. These owners will not put one hour into training and will not even know the stress signals of their own dog. Not to mention they will cross their dogs boundaries 24/7. For example, if your dog is not friendly with other dogs why would you put your dog in that situation? Not to mention, people continuously crop their ears to contribute to this “scary” look and use “ear infections” as a trash excuse. Its so sad seeing these dogs put down because they don’t get a fair shot in training.
