My daughter’s 3 months and I’m on parental leave for over a year with her. My husband works M-F 10 hour shifts. I try to go out as socialize with her as much as I can, though the past few days have been hard since Canada just got a huge snow dump and it’s freezing out. However she freaks out whenever anybody other than me holds her. Even my husband, he feels bad because he can’t hold her without her screaming. They’re not just little cries either, they’re full blown tomato face tears streaming down the sides cries. Today for example, I went to take a bath and she was having a very hard time, he brought her to me and she calmed down right as I held her. Is this separation anxiety, or the start of it maybe? I’m not sure how to deal with this, we’re leaving her with my mom for an evening this weekend and I’m so nervous with how everything’s been going.
