Stabbing uterus pains 2 months postpartum..

Hey mamas. Can anyone tell me if you had something like this? I’m 8 weeks pp and overall I’ve healed well. I haven’t been having uterus pain, but now just this week I started getting intermittent stabbing pains mid uterus. They come and go but really hurts. No bleeding. Does this happen before your period comes back? Or has anyone else had this? Not sure if I should be concerned. I had pains similar to this in early pregnancy (but I’m definitely not pregnant again!).
