I’m mess so please help

I found out there’s death in my family on top of that I’m positive for HPV all in the same day! I’m just huge mess still in shock with everything but I don’t get how I’m positive when I had the shot when I was teen I thought the shot makes it where you can get it I don’t know much about hpv so I’m worried if I’m ok if my husband will be on if we need to use condom etc
