Early pregnancy signs?

What were your early pregnancy signs!

Horrible back ache way worse than my normal period back cramps. I also had night sweats/vivid nightmares. Sore breasts but not unlike I usually get before my period. I had light implantation bleeding 9dpo and a persistent headache since that day. I also usually get very constipated before my period but this time I wasn’t. I waited until the first day of my missed period to test and BFP! I’m now 5w1d.
