18DPO is it too late?!

Hey all,
So according to the app I am 18DPO .. I got my IUD removed Oct 4th bled Oct 7th-13th which I assumed was AF??.. if so, she’s supposedly 4 days late.. Has anyone got BFN after BFN and finally got their BFP 18DPO or later ??
Should I just assume it’s late because my body is getting back to normal? Should I try to remain hopeful? I’m just emotionally drained at this point & getting afraid to even test anymore. 😔
Any advice is appreciated!

You should receive a positive by 14dpo. Generally anything later than than is because they ovulated later. I’m gonna guess you likely ovulated late this cycle and that’s why your period is “late”. You’re not technically late until you know how long your luteal phase is and you’re past that length.
I recommend tracking your cycles with opks and bbt so you know when you’re ovulating! It might give you a better idea as to what’s going on

My lady bits took 2 months to get back to normal after I got my Mirena IUD out. Everything was all wacko! Hang in there
