What do I ask my OBGYN?

I have an appointment tomorrow at my obgyn for fertility issues what types of things should I be asking? ( I think I’m not ovulating )

Context I have always had irregular periods, after I had my daughter and stopped breastfeeding they were regular for like 5 months then I didn’t get a period for 57 days. Next cycle was 38 days and my period was just 4 days of really light spotting. I’m now on a new cycle it’s CD 43 and still no signs of a period and I’ve been tracking since CD 16 and it doesn’t seem like I’ve ovulated.
