How are you announcing at work?

Question

My office is small - 15 people - and in the 8 years I’ve worked there no women have ever been pregnant. As soon as one person knows everyone will, and I should be showing in the next month anyway, so I’m planning to just tell everyone at once but I’m wondering how I should announce. Email my social media baby announcement? Tell everyone at a staff meeting?

I've been working from home and so it's been easy to hide it. My plan is to show up to the Christmas party with my belly.. Surprise!. Lol

I left a photo on our office fridge that said “ baby Frey is on the way.”  We had written it in the sand on a trip to Hawaii.

I just posted on fb and the few I have as friends told everyone else lol . I am a heavy equipment operator . The first female to ever work as one for this company so this is new to them Lol !

I told everyone one by one. Kept it simple. Although I'm the youngest at the store. Theres 8 ladies in total (including me) and everyone has already had kids and grandkids. So they actually knew I was pregnant before I did. At least 2 of them asked me if I had taken a test. It's how I found out🤣

I work in a lab with only 12 other people total. This is my third pregnancy and third baby while working there. I always told my boss (the owner of the company) first and then told everyone else a few weeks later. I always just told them in person and never did anything “special”
