Cervix pain/lightning crotch

Urg the stabbing pain in my cervix has reallllly ramped up today 😩 absolutely awful. I’ve read that this can be a sign of your cervix starting to dilate, but also that it can just be the baby hitting a nerve. I hope I don’t have much longer of this 😂 anyone else???
