NG tube

Curious if anyones baby has been sent home with a NG tube? My son went through open heart surgery, brain bleed, and diaphragm surgery so he’s still learning to eat from not being able to practice after birth.. he’s 3 months old we have been home for 2 months now and he’s made progress since leaving but hasn’t made anymore progress in a few weeks… he takes 1 1/2-3 Oz from bottle then the rest is ran through his feeding tube ( he gets 5 Oz). I’m trying so hard but it’s getting stressful. If any of you have had ur baby sent home with a NG tube any tips on helping ur baby learn to eat?.. it looks like he could possibly have a lip tie but I could be 100% wrong and I’m asking at his next appointment.
