I just posted this￼ gym pic on my Instagram and I kinda photoshopped My waist a little lol I feel bad like a ￼ guilty feeling. But it’s only a one time thing. This is the only photo that I ever Photoshop of myself.  Makes me feel fake even though it’s just one pick. It’s not really noticeable. ￼

Fun filters yes. Photoshop to make my body parts different sizes because of insecurities or to gain approval? No. If i dont like how i look i just wont post it 🤷🏼‍♀️ its not worth my self esteem or my own self respect to stoop that low

What's the point of photoshopping a gym pic, of all pics, especially if its "just a little" or barely noticeable? You feel fake because that IS fake. Of its a one time thing then people are going to notice the difference from your other pics and the ones you post after this one. Are you sure it's just a one time thing?

Most people photoshop or touch up their pictures on instagram. Your waist looked fine i promise you, don’t compare yourself to other people you see on socials. It’s all poses and editing.
