Pregnant or left over hgc from miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in October, today I tested because I just haven’t been feeling right. Im a little shaky and just blah. Is this left over HGC from my miscarriage? Or am I pregnant again? Going to see my doc, just wanted opinions.

I started bleeding the 2nd of October and I took a test a few days after because I was feeling how i’m feeling now. I went to the ER on the 6th because I found out I was pregnant and I was heavily bleeding. They had my levels checked and they were low, told me to come retest in a few days, i took another test on the 10th and it was lighter then before, I went back on the 10th and my levels were even lower. When I tested today my line immediately turned dark. Like immediately. Am I pregnant again? Or is it just remanence?
