Any ladies who have endometriosis and got pregnant naturally?

How long did it take you guys to get pregnant. 
Running out of hope been a little over a year trying.

I’ve had symptoms of endo since I was a teen. I had a few early losses in my early 20s, then a few years later conceived my 5 year old and he was a surprise. We’ve been TTC another baby for over 3 years now with no luck. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo through a lap surgery 2 years ago. My doctor was able to remove a lot of it and I had no blockages. I ended up getting pregnant one cycle after the surgery but it was a chemical pregnancy. I’ve done multiple rounds of medicated cycles and an IUI with no luck. I agree with one of the other posters that a Whole Foods/anti inflammatory diet can really help. It helps manage my symptoms and I feel so much better but still no baby.

I went on a very strict anti inflammatory Whole Foods diet and got pregnant about three months after starting it. Before that we tried for years with no luck, I was about to get a surgery but wanted to try the diet as a last attempt and it worked

Stage 4 endo and thyroid issues here.   All pregnancies natural.  5 months of trying, then 6 months of trying and this current one took 3.5years of trying.
