Is this food poisoning?

This is embarrassing to share, but I literally shit in my car tonight. My bf and I spontaneously met up and ordered 2 rolls of takeout sushi from a fairly expensive place we hadn’t gone to before. Everything is fine for the next 30mins. As I’m driving home, I start sweating profusely, which is weird because it’s below freezing outdoors and my car isn’t that warm. 10mins later im hit with unbelievable stomach cramps and pulled over to a side street. I had to shit in a takeout container because the street was exposed and I had no other option. Luckily, I had a bunch of napkins and was able to clean everything up quickly. There was a gas station a few mins away but there were construction flaggers holding up traffic for several minutes, so I knew I wasn’t going to make it. As soon as I got home, round 2 started.

I’m wondering if this is food poisoning because it was so sudden and unexpected.
