I had my first appointment a couple days ago with my midwife for baby 5, pregnancy 6 (i had. 14W loss between babies 1 and 2). I should have been 9.2W based off of ovulation and positive pregnancy tests.

She couldn't find anything. Anything. No heartbeat, no baby, maybe a sac? Nothing picked up on doppler which I get is iffy before 10W. Her ultrasound machine is from the early 90s and only abdominal so I have an appointment with a transvaginal ultrasound next Friday (should be 10.6W).

I came home and took a pregnancy test that was such a dye stealer I thought it might be invalid at first. I've had no bleeding or cramping and had plenty of my usual early pregnancy symptoms. The midwife was talking about a possible blighted ovum or a disappearing twin. I'm pretty upset and doing my best to not worry or stress as it is all out of my control anyway. Looking for similar stories, positive or negative. Thanks y'all. All the prayers appreciated!
