Toddler & newborn moms

I have a 2.5 year old daughter and just found out we are expecting baby #2🥳 My daughter will be 3 when the baby comes. Moms can you share your experience was your toddler in the delivery room? Taking care of a toddler and a newborn adjusting. Did your toddler go to school during the day? How did your toddler adjust to the new baby & sharing you. Taking care of a newborn all night & then caring for your toddler throughout the day. Any routines you found that made things easier? Did your SO help out a lot? Anything you would like to share would be very helpful. 💕
