36 weeks/ early labor?

So for about 2 days now I've had a mixture of Braxton hicks and contractions. I am 1cm dialated and been losing my mucus plug. I also a. Having my second baby. My first was 8lbs 5oz. They are saying this one could be bigger then he was. Scheduled ultrasound for next week to see. I'm exhausted no matter how much sleep I get or how much I eat or drink. The contractions have not eased up. Could I possibly go into labor this week I went on my due date with my first ended up having a caesarian section.
