Before anyone pass judgment I promise you I’m

Clean and I alway wash my self properly even wiping. This past couple of days when I wipe I see dirt brown skin maybe sweat when wiping. Then I took a shower last night before bed and woke up and pee this morning then seen same thick discharge so

I’m thinking i have a yeast infection bc I’m a little sore, the discharge and no itching. I pulled out a mirror and look and as I’m rubbing if it make sense the inside of my lips the creases it’s a bunch of gunk . Idk what it is? I did schedule a obgyn appointment any idea what it could be?

I have no sores nothing yelling red flags
