She has solids (purees) for dinner only and drinks about 20- 24 oz of formula. Her poops are usually alot softer but been noticing that the last couple of days they've been harder and shes being going every 2-3 days when she used to go every day. does it seem like shes constipated?

Offer more fruits/  papaya watermelon apple , pears all of those will make your baby less constipated

Start introducing an ounce of water with meals. Open mouth cups and straw cups are good. 
Offer more formula too. Babe should still be taking in 24-36oz to keep hydrated.

I think she is. Try giving her oatmeal cereal so it can get back to normal. My babies have that problem, especially my son, and that’s what I do. I give them oatmeal cereal with yogurt or in their milk, and it helps them to do it softer.
