I am 6 days late for my period. I have the copper IUD and I have been experiencing "pms- nausea, headaches, some cramping, always hungry, extremely tired"

According to the app my predicted cycle was 32days so not sure how many DPO. I am now on cycle day 38.

I took a pregnancy test on day 33 and today and both were negative..

Also had some very very light brown discharge when I wiped today, just once, and also some slight cramps. Is this just a very late period???? Or.....???
